"Capacity was actually spot on"

It said it was compatible with my laptop, so I figured it would work, why wouldn’t it, right? But when I tried to put it in, it just didn’t fit properly. Frustrating when you order something expecting a quick fix and end up with the wrong part.

I bought a replacement laptop battery from Battery Empire last year, and I was a bit suspicious at first because you never really know with replacement batteries. I half expected it to start fading after a few months, but it’s still holding charge really well. I use my laptop most days and haven’t noticed much of a drop so far. Delivery was straightforward too. Happy with it overall, and I’d probably buy from them again.

"Got what I needed, but the site is kinda a pain"
I did end up finding the battery I needed, so that’s a win, but using the site on my phone was a bit of a mess. Search worked okay, I guess, but some pages loaded slow as hell and the filters felt kind of useless. Checkout was fine once I got there. Not terrible, just more annoying than it needs to be.

I ordered a battery and figured it would take a bit longer, but it got here in like 2 days, so that was a nice surprise. The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy, but it did the job. The tracking updates were kind of all over the place, or maybe just not super detailed, but the main thing is it arrived fast and in good shape.

The battery showed up in a sturdy box, with plenty of padding, so there were no dents, or random loose bits inside. Nothing too fancy, just packed properly, and easy to open. I’m happy with it, and I’d order again.

I needed a replacement battery, so I had a look around at a few different sites before ordering. Battery Empire ended up being cheaper than the others I found, even after adding delivery, which was nice. The order went through without any hassle, and the battery arrived as expected. So yeah, not much more to say really — I’m just glad I didn’t end up paying more somewhere else.
